Here comes the sun: Visit Abbotswood Street Fair to celebrate the arrival of Spring

flyer 2
On Saturday 25th April Abbotswood Road will be home to a spectacular street fair which promises excitement for residents and visitors of all ages.

Local residents and friends have pulled together to organise a superb fun packed event featuring a bouncy castle, live music and a dog show. The fair is in aid of breast cancer charity The Haven and is supported by Wandsworth and Balham estate agents James Pendleton, who are providing sponsorship, promotion and of course balloons.

All are invited to come along on 25th between 1 and 5pm to sample the delights of Tooting Bec in the spring sunshine – and don’t forget, the more you enjoy what the fair has to offer the more you’ll be helping a great cause! As well as raising awareness of The Haven the fair will also support local businesses: visitors are invited to browse stalls run by independent South West London organisations and to celebrate the arrival of spring with food, drink and entertainment aplenty.

Abbotswood Road is located beside Tooting Bec Common and close to Streatham Hill station in SW16. If you have any questions for its organisers please contact abbotswoodroadstreetfair@gmail.com or @AbbotswoodRd.

The Haven is a UK based charity which provides advice and support to those suffering from or affected by breast cancer. The support provided by this worthy cause is offered to relatives as well as to sufferers themselves. To find out more visit thehaven.org.uk.
